Registration Form for the Haydn Creation Workshop

Please use this form to book your place on our Haydn Creation on 03 February 2024 - you can enter the names of up to six singers. Tickets will not be issued, but you will receive acknowledgement by email.

The fee is £20; £5 for full-time students.

Please pay directly to our bank account via online banking, using sort code 40-52-40 and account number 00025279, and "Haydn + surname" as a reference, or if you prefer you can pay by credit or debit card or PayPal at our Payment page.
